If you believe that this has not been the case then we would love to hear from you.
This can be specific to yourself and a recent experience with us or a way in which we could improve our service or simply a suggestion you may have.
How to lodge Feedback or a Complaint?
When you are logged into your account you can create a new support request, then select from the drop-down menu and choose Complaints and Feedback.
Alternatively, you can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Once received we will reach out to you in order to resolve the issue or advise you of where it is at, and estimated time-frame involved.
