If you're expecting your deposit and it hasn't appeared in your Cointree account there can be a few reasons why.
Firstly, the network on which you send the coins greatly determines the speed of the transaction; some networks have faster speed than others (eg. using the Ripple network to send XRP compared to using Ethereum Classic to send ETC)
When the transaction has been seen on the blockchain, your incoming deposit should show a status of “Processing” in the Transactions tab of your account.
The incoming deposit will not be tradeable on the platform until the transaction has been confirmed on the blockchain, after which the status of your deposit should update to “Confirmed”. Once “Confirmed”, you can now trade your crypto on the platform.
You can check the status of your transaction by using your transaction hash and using a block explorer to search up what status the transaction is in.
