What if the platform is not listed?
If the exchange or VASP you want to send cryptocurrency to is not listed above, please contact the Cointree Support Team.
Additional travel rule information may be required, and withdrawals to some platforms may not be supported.
The inclusion of a platform on this list does not represent an endorsement or recommendation by Cointree. Customers should complete their own checks before using any third-party platform.
Before sending cryptocurrency
Before submitting a withdrawal, please make sure:
- You complete all Travel Rule information requested during the withdrawal process.
- The receiving platform supports the cryptocurrency you are sending.
- You have selected the correct blockchain network.
- The wallet address is correct.
